It allows us to reach many employees and raise their awareness about a specific topic.<\/p>\n\n<p>We&#8217;re already looking forward to the next round, which is planned for October 25, 2024. Planned topics: back and spine health, balance boards, flash relaxation<\/p>\n\n<p>In the best case scenario, employees look forward to this day well in advance.<\/p>\n\n<p>But how can this be achieved?<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"298\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/korrodin.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2376_Flyer_Lufu-Test_4c_04-24_RZ.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24549\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The solution is the right dose of continuity and variety.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Continuity:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In other words, Health Day has to take place every year, because one event doesn&#8217;t change anyone&#8217;s behavior.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Variety:<br\/><\/strong>Participants always want to try something new.<\/p>\n\n<p>You don&#8217;t have to completely reinvent yourself, but it shouldn&#8217;t be boring either.<\/p>\n\n<p>Several steps are required to organize a Health Day:<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Analysis<br\/><\/strong>It is essential to ask: &#8220;What are employees interested in?&#8221;<br\/>&#8211; Questionnaires are helpful<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Selecting the right topics <\/strong>(there are an infinite number to choose from)<br\/><strong><em>Nutrition<\/em>:<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; Presentations<br\/>&#8211; Workshops<br\/>&#8211; Cooking classes<br\/><br\/><strong><em>Exercise<\/em>:<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; Nordic walking<br\/>&#8211; Yoga<br\/>&#8211; QiGong<br\/><br\/><em><strong>Relaxation:<\/strong><\/em><br\/>&#8211; Presentation<br\/>&#8211; Workshops for reducing stress<br\/>&#8211; Meditation<br\/><br\/><strong><em>Hearing<\/em>:<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; Hearing screening<br\/>(Vision tests are part of our standard program and are offered at regular<br\/>intervals by the company doctor.)<br\/><strong><em>Back health<\/em>:<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; Presentation on ergonomic working<br\/>&#8211; Fascia exercises<br\/>&#8211; Spinal screening<br\/>&#8211; Exercise classes<br\/><br\/><strong><em>Weight loss<\/em>:<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; Cooking classes<br\/>&#8211; Nutrition coaching<br\/>&#8211; Sports units<br\/>&#8211; Sugar =&gt; addictive factor<br\/><br\/><strong><em>Addictive factors<\/em>:<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; Tobacco<br\/>&#8211; Sugar<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Finding a partner<br\/><\/strong>&#8211; Discussions with various health insurance companies<br\/>&#8211; Specialists from the region<br\/>&#8211; Internet research<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Invitation<br\/><\/strong>&#8211; Communication is everything here<br\/>&#8211; Communicate in good time<br\/>&#8211; By email \/ by notice board \/ via the monitors<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4.
