The effort in dealing with C-parts is enormous, but their value is very low. C-parts that have to be ultra-fine-cleaned because of the high cleanliness standards usually involve even more work and additional costs. First of all, the parts have to procured and brought together in a single location. The parts are then sent to an electroplating shop to be finely cleaned. When the parts are back in-house, ultra-fine cleaned C-parts must not be mixed with normal parts, and the ultra-fine cleaned parts must be received and stored in a cleanroom.

We procure your required parts of different sizes and qualities in the shortest possible time and send them to our expert partner, who fine-cleans the parts. Trained Korrodin personnel collect the goods and then pack them into the cleaned kit boxes under the flow box in our cleanroom in accordance with your specifications. The flow box prevents small dust particles from collecting on the cleaned goods. The pre-packed kits are then shrink-wrapped and sent to you.
